Privacy Policy

MyMAO.io ("MyMAO," "we," "us") is a product of INU Consulting, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect when you use mymao.io and the MyMAO application, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account and contact information. Name, email address, and phone number when you create an account, join our email list, or contact us.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we receive only your subscription status and billing history.
- Property searches. The addresses you analyze and the inputs you provide, so we can return results and maintain your search history and credits.
- Usage data. Pages visited, actions taken, device and browser information, and IP address, collected through cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement.
How we use it
- To provide the service: run your searches, return offer ranges, manage your account and credits.
- To bill you: process subscription payments and manage renewals through Stripe.
- To communicate: transactional messages about your account, and marketing messages if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time; text STOP to end SMS messages.
- To improve the product and measure our marketing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run MyMAO: payment processing (Stripe), customer relationship and messaging tools, property data providers (who receive the addresses you search, not your identity), analytics and advertising platforms (Meta), and hosting infrastructure. Each provider is limited to using your data to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and the Meta Pixel to keep the site working, remember your free-calculator usage, and measure advertising. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies; the site will still function.
Data retention
We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, billing, and dispute purposes. You can request deletion at any time (see below).
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from marketing email via the link in any message; reply STOP to end SMS.
- Request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at the address below. Residents of states with privacy laws (including California) may exercise the rights those laws provide; we do not discriminate for doing so.
Children
MyMAO is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
