Terms of Service

Effective date: August 20, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and INU Consulting, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("INU Consulting," "we," "us"), covering your use of mymao.io and the MyMAO application (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms.

1. What MyMAO is — and is not

MyMAO produces estimated offer ranges for residential real estate using comparable-sales data, automated valuation inputs, and condition-based repair estimates. All outputs are estimates for your own analysis. They are not appraisals, not brokerage services, and not financial, investment, or legal advice. Property data comes from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong for a given property. You are responsible for every offer you make and every contract you sign.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and renewal

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly subscription through Stripe, and renew automatically each month until you cancel.
• Promotional pricing (for example, a discounted first month) applies for the stated period; the plan then renews at the standard rate shown at checkout.
• Plans include a monthly allowance of search credits. A search is one property address analyzed; re-running the same property with different condition settings does not consume an additional credit. Unused credits do not roll over unless your plan says otherwise.
• You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future charges, and your plan remains active through the end of the paid period.
• Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
• We may change plan pricing or features with notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

4. Acceptable use

You may not resell, scrape, bulk-export, or redistribute Service data; probe or disrupt the Service; use it to violate any law, including fair-housing and anti-discrimination laws; or use automated means to consume searches. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, and content are owned by INU Consulting, LLC or its licensors. Your search results are for your own business use.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of any valuation, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INU Consulting, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost deals, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the app, and continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
